“At Bluehaven Group, we have a passion for Pāpāmoa (or Pāpādise as it’s known by locals) and so we were thrilled with last week’s announcement from Trade Me Property. Thanks to everyone who voted and commented on what makes this place so special to you. If you’re new to Tauranga or you haven’t visited Pāpāmoa in awhile, please come east to visit and experience everything that makes this the choicest suburb in New Zealand!”
Nathan York. Bluehaven Group Chief Executive
“Convenience, quality and prominence for our fast-growing community has driven decision making as we’ve sought to lay the foundations for one of the most significant and far reaching commercial hubs in the Bay of Plenty on completion. Already there are 115,000 people who live within 20 minutes of The Sands Pāpāmoa Beach and that number is forecast to grow by over 25% in the next decade,”
Nathan York. Bluehaven Group Chief Executive
Here's what some of the voters had to say:
“Pāpāmoa is a great place to bring up kids, close to the beach, fantastic relaxed shopping centres, and lots of great coffee places.”
“We call it Pāpādise - great community, great weather.”
“Pāpāmoa has a fabulous community, helpful, great atmosphere, fantastic weather and the beach. Our dogs get free run on this beach daily.”
“A small-town vibe with a chilled-out crew, where every corner feels fresh and new.”
